How to use Orbby?
Orbby is super easy to use!
1. Charge using the included USB-C cable. The device will be fully charged in around 2 hours or so.
2. Open the lid and add your favorite aromatic wood.
3. Long press the power button to activate the device.
4. Short press the power button to select your desired heat. 3 options: 120 – 150 – 200°C in order, and the temperature selected will be indicated by the LEDs that light up from the left.
5. When you’re done, long press the power button again to deactivate it.

Orbby is a portable wood granule aromatherapy diffuser that gently heats aromatic wood granules to release a scent. It’s ideal for fans of incense, aromatherapy, essential oils, and scented candles. Different scented woods have various properties, so users can select the scent to suit their needs.
Basically, yes. Although, we suggest that you place it on a flat surface at all times, except when carrying it somewhere (although do not move it around when it is activated).
Long press the button to activate Orbby. Tap the button to select between 3 heat settings indicated by LEDs above the button. Long press to deactivate it when you’re done.
Also, the 3 LEDs will slowly flash when the battery is low and illuminate in order as the battery fills.
No, the lid does not lock, but has a magnet to keep it closed and is designed to stand upright on its weighted base, so it is unlikely to open accidentally. However, when the device is in use it is important not to touch the stainless steel hopper inside as this is where the heating element is.
We do NOT advise using essential oils. Orbby is designed for wood granules only. The hopper is too small for essential oil mixed with water and it is not sealed from liquid, so this could damage it. Orbby will work with different types of aromatic wood granules, though.
For safety, do not leave an Orbby on around children unsupervised as it is an adults-only product and could be a burn hazard for young children who do not understand that it heats up scented woods.
In the box, you’ll get an Orbby and USB-C cable. We do not include a charger to improve our sustainability and reduce E-waste, as the included cable can be plugged into any existing USB-C charger you already have at home or in the office.
Yes, caution is needed as the heating element heats up to 200C so it is important not to touch the stainless steel interior hopper while it is on. Also, let the Orbby cool down for a few minutes before cleaning it and changing the wood granules.
Fire risks are minimal because even if the Orbby tips over, the heating element is inside the device and is unlikely to be in contact with flammable materials. That being said, it is never advised to leave the Orbby unattended for a long period or to place it on a surface where it may tip or fall.
